stupid human tricks
Posted by kyden on Saturday Aug 7, 2010 Under Uncategorizedmommy, daddy, and koda do funny things sometimes. and in order to fit in with my crazy family, i guess i have to do them, too.
recently, mommy and daddy started making funny “buhwuhwuhwuhwuh” noises to make me laugh. so i thought i’d try it to see if it makes them laugh, too. and lemme tell you — it does. every time.
and i often see koda getting treats after he gives high fives and waves. so i practiced doing those things so i could get treats, too. so how come i never get nuthin’ for high fives, and whenever i wave someone usually goes away?
everyone thinks koda is so smart because he teaches me so many things, but i have been trying to teach him to climb down the stairs BACKWARDS for months, and he just isn’t getting it. who’s the smart one now, huh?

ooh, that’s a good idea! koda and i can practice our synchronized step routine and take our show on the road. do you think we can get on TV? in the meantime, can you ask spidey to teach me “around”? i always climb over or under things to get to my destination. but when the roadblocks are too big, i can’t always figure out how to get around them!

How cute! looks like you should have mommy and daddy install a slide so you can slide down on your butt down the stairs. Next, I want to see you and Koda blow kisses!!!

auntie barbara, i don’t need a slide. i can just ride down the stairs in a laundry basket!
i’ll keep practicing so i can blow you kisses next time i see you. i don’t think you want koda blowing you kisses though — his are all wet and slobbery. ewww, gross.

hi auntie cindy! i’m glad you liked our movie — we made it just for you. i practiced waving for days so koda wouldn’t show me up in that video. now i’m an expert. i wave to everyone i see, and everyone thinks i’m sooo cute. i guess i have YOU to thank for my newfound cuteness!

Awesome tricks Kyden. Have you started dancing to your toys music or tapping your mouth while you try to talk? I have been doing those a lot lately and my mommy and daddy can’t stop laughing. I must be doing it right since they are laughing, right?

matthew, is it still considered dancing if i have no rhythm? mommy laughs at me all the time, but i laugh when she dances, too, so i guess that makes us even.
i don’t tap my mouth when i talk. i tap other people’s mouths when they talk. they think it’s cute because they don’t realize that i’m trying to tell them to SHUT UP!
